Mix all the ingredients one by one while increasing the speed of the mixer. Pour the mixture in the size of the cookies on the cookie tray and bake the cookies in a preheated oven at about 350° for 11 minutes approximately. Then take them out and enjoy.

2. Cookie bars with chocolate chips:

  • 2 1/4 cups of gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp of xanthan gum
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of melted unsalted butter

Mix the ingredients. Then spread the mixture on a greased metal pan. Add the chocolate chips and bake it in a preheated oven at 350° for 25 minutes and take it out to add the topping then bake again for 2 minutes. Finally, take it out, cut into bars, and enjoy.

3. Monster cookies with gluten free Oats (no flour):

This gluten-free cookie recipe uses oatmeal instead of flour.


  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened butter or coconut oil
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 1/2 cups of gluten-free instant oats
  • 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup of M&M’s
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips


Prepare the mixture. Then add the chocolate chips and M&M’s, stir them in. Place the mixture in the proper shape on the cookie tray, bake in a preheated oven at 350° for about 15 minutes. Take them out, wait for them to cool and enjoy.

  • 1 3/4 cups of brown sugar
  • 1 cup dairy-free butter alternative
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp of water
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 6 oz of fruit mix
  • 1 cup of mini chocolate chips

5. Chocolate banana cookies:

  • 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter (cold)
  • 1 mashed overripe banana
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/4 cups of gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 tsp of xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/3 cup chocolate mini chips for topping


Prepare the mixture. Add the mashed banana and the chocolate chips into the mix. Keep it for a few minutes then pour it in cookie shape on the tray. Bake for 10 minutes at 400°, take them out, let them cool, and then enjoy.
